geophysical supervisor

Russ McCleary is a recent addition to our team. Russ is putting his extensive seismic background and over 30 years experience to work for us as our geophysical supervisor. Previously working for such companies as Shell Canada, Chevron and Norcana Resources, Russ has worked all aspects of seismic operations, from the line crew, to project management; and he has shot seismic programs in both Canada and the United States. Russ has excellent experience in all areas of seismic exploration and he has spent the past few years managing seismic projects and crews for Norcana.

In 2004, Russ managed the pilot 39km seismic program for Blue Denim Exploration with excellent results. When Reece acquired Blue Denim in the spring of 2005 Russ agreed to head up its new seismic program. After the acquisition, Reece upgraded its seismic equipment and has since hired a full crew which is currently shooting a 200km program south-east of Kindersley.
